Upon arrival found unit not getting power traced line back to an outlet wired in and found gfci outlet tripped. Reset and operation of the unit is normal. Unit is and Adp propane unit heater installed by customer and is less than a year old. Payment received vie check
Originally called out for a no heat. Found multiple issues, and after speaking with homeowner I quoted out new equipment. They elected to go with furnace only at this time. Set to be installed 04/11/25. Unit was up and running when I left however let customer know it may drop out sometime today, and we will return to install the new furnace tomorrow.
No codes in history, cleaned flame sensor, blew out pressure switches. have yearly tune ups for equipment and to keep warranty active. 10 yr parts and labor. Possibly was running a schedule. I showed how to hold and setup schedule on thermostat.
Upon arrival customer stated that the airflow increase that Josh had done was causing to loud of noises at night when they were trying to sleep. I adjusted airflow back to what it was prior to adjustments however explained to customer if he was experiencing no heat due to these airflows that we would have to put back to higher airflows. Cycled unit and operation is normal
Upon arrival found gas valve not sending power to igniter to light pilot. Took off bottom door and noticed burn marks on board so I recommended that be replaced as well. Furnace is from 97 and we discussed new furnace replacement. Emailed bids and customer to decide which way they’d like to go. Trip charge collected
AC install, Remove unit heater in garage, and re-do dryer vent.
